Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping:  We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible, however please allow us 1 to 3 business days to process, pack and ship all orders.  Any order placed on a weekend or national holiday will be processed beginning the next business day.  All orders will ship with tracking information and you will receive an e-mail with details upon shipment.  Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Rates:  We ship via the United States Post Office (USPS) and the weight of your order will be used to calculate shipping rates at checkout. 

Do We Ship Internationally?  At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States.

Online Returns:  We hope you love every item in your purchase, however, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, please send it back.  Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery only if the garment is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and has original tags still attached.  PACKAGES MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE RETURN IF THIS CONDITION IS NOT MET.

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE ONLY.  NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED on sale items.

We DO NOT refund shipping fees and please include a copy of your receipt/packing list with your return.

Exchanges:  If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for which you will be refunded before placing a new order.  If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, please contact us at priority4her@comcast.net

In-Store Returns:  Because you are able to feel and try on merchandise for precise fit and sizing in-store, we will accept returns and exchanges for store credit only within 7 days of purchase.  In-Store Returns only apply to regularly-priced items that are unworn, unwashed and unaltered.  All sale merchandise, jewelry, sunglasses, handbags, and scarves are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return/exchanges.
